How to reach Royal Delft

Address and parking

Royal Delft Museum is located at Rotterdamseweg 196 in Delft. Parking at the Royal Delft Museum is easy, there are plenty of public parking spaces for visitors around the building. There are a limited number of free spaces, the other parking spaces are paid from Monday to Saturday from 12 noon. Parking is free on Sundays. Accessibility during the NATO Summit 2025

On Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 June 2025, the NATO Summit will take place in The Hague. In the lead-up to this event, temporary and partial closures are expected on several highways near Delft,  including the A4, A44, and N44,  from Sunday 22 through Thursday 26 June.

Royal Delft remains easily accessible via the A13.
No major traffic measures are expected for visitors traveling via the A13. However, we do recommend checking your route in advance and staying informed about any possible updates.

How to reach Royal Delft

With the bus:

From Delft Station there are several buses to the Royal Delft Museum. For current departure times, visit 9292.nl.

By car:

From the A13 exit Delft Zuid: keep right towards TU Delft. Turn left and follow the brown signs with Royal Delft on them. Turn right on Rotterdamseweg until you reach number 196.

Walking from Delft Central Station:

Depart from Delft Central Station, turn right and walk along the water. Walk under the tunnel and then turn left onto the Hooikade. Follow the water for 450 meters and turn left over the Abtswoudsebrug. Follow the cycle path to The Hague University of Applied Sciences. The museum is across the street from the college. By bike:

There are various cycling routes in Delft and the surrounding area that end or start at Royal Delft. Enjoy the beautiful route along the way as you cycle past monumental buildings and discover the historic city center.
