Royal Delft offers a unique setting for your business meetings, trainings, or events. In our monumental building, you can meet in style, combining history, hospitality, and modern facilities. This historic venue offers all you need for a meeting in a special and inspiring setting. Whether you’re looking for a small meeting room or a larger space, Royal Delft can accommodate groups from 5 to 100 people.

The venue hire includes: use of all available facilities, appropriate furniture, and carafes of water on the tables. This way, you have everything at hand to get started right away.

Joost Thooftzaal

The Joost Thooft Room is one of the most charming meeting rooms at Royal Delft. This room combines history with comfort and offers a cozy setting for meetings, presentations, or trainings.

The tall windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and spacious atmosphere. The room can be arranged flexibly to suit the type of event and the number of people.

Maximum capacity: 48 persons
Suitable for: meetings, presentations, trainings
Facilities: projector with screen and sound system

The Joost Thooft Room is often combined with the Le Comte Room, which is located right next to it.

Le Comtezaal

The Le Comte Room is a bright space, ideal as a complement to your event. With its flexible setup, this room is perfect for smaller meetings, workshops, break-outs, or presentations.

Maximum capacity: 36 persons
Suitable for: discussions, workshops, presentations, lunch, drinks, and High Tea

The Le Comte Room is often booked together with the adjacent Joost Thooft Room. This provides space for more people and allows you to arrange your event flexibly, for example with separate sessions or a shared lunch and drinks.

Monumental old boardroom

The historic old executive room at Royal Delft is full of character. This authentic space, where the factory’s management once met, now offers a unique and intimate setting for your business meeting.

Surrounded by distinctive details, high ceilings, and historical features, this is the ideal room for anyone looking for a special meeting experience with a touch of elegance.

Suitable for: small meetings, brainstorming sessions, exclusive presentations
Facilities: presentation screen

This room can also be easily combined with one of our other rooms, such as the Le Comte Room, for serving lunch, drinks, or High Tea during or after your meeting.

To complement the room rental, we offer various options to make your meeting extra comfortable and well cared for. Think of delicious coffee on arrival, a full lunch, or a closing drink. All options can be found in our request form.
