The Open Days at Royal Delft Museum are still on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21th of November. Because of the additional corona restrictions we ask you to have your coronavaccinationcard (QR code) ready at the entrance, this is mandatory. We would also like to ask you to keep 1.5m distance from each other when possible as well as to wear a facemask. Besides this, you might have to wait a little longer to enter the museum or to participate in a paintingworkshop because of the amount of visitors we can allow.
The Open Days at Royal Delft Museum are this year on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21th of November. Our doors are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the entrance is free of charge! Discover together with your partner, family, children, friends, or just alone, the creators behind the iconic Delft Blue. Experience and admire the history of Delft Blue by listening to our audio tour, which will be available in all 8 languages for only €1,00!
This weekend there is also a special sale in our store where the discounts can go up to 80%. For example, individual parts of the Proud Mary collection are exclusively for sale this weekend. In addition, Brasserie1653 is open all weekend for a cup of coffee, tea, or a lovely lunch. It is not possible to book in advance.
During the weekend you can participate in our famous painting workshops. The painting workshops are at attractive prices starting from €15,00. Whether you join after visiting the museum, after a visit to the Delft Blue factory, or fly straight to the second floor for a workshop in Delft, you can unleash all your creativity this weekend. Paint a tile, a nice plate, or go bigger and go for a vase. Are you completely satisfied with your design? After painting, your artwork is glazed and fired. You can pick it up later or we can send it to you, extra costs will be charged for shipping.
Exclusively this weekend there is a 20% discount on all our products and other big discounts in our store can run up to 80%! For example, only this weekend you have the chance to create your own Proud Mart or buy individual parts.
Due to government-issued regulations a coronavaccinationcard (QR code) is required for a visitor to Royal Delft Museum, Brasserie1653, painting workshop rooms, and the Royal Delft shop. You will be welcomed and checked in the reception of the museum after which you have access to the rest of the locations at Royal Delft. A mouth cap is not mandatory for you as a visitor, we do ask you to keep as much distance from each other as possible.
